We want you to be fully satisfied with your RingConn experience; if your smart ring isn't the perfect fit or doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the device is in its original condition and includes all packaging and accessories.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Place the RingConn smart ring, charging case, and cable back into the original box to ensure the device is protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Device

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
